the evil little taste so good cookies in my cabinet won the fight last night. Just a little setback and have now remembered why I can not even indulge in having one, because I can not stop at one. They are my weakness. However, new day...there is Zumba and running to be done. Even though it does not look like I am counting calories, for the most part I am just not journaling them. This is something I will strive to be more consistent with. I think that will help me to be more accountable as well.
