Ok, so to my surprise, I stepped on the scale this morning and I hadn't gained any weight! I was pleasantly surprised! I knew I hadn't gone crazy while I was away with eating but I didn't exercise one bit because all that driving and sitting in hospitals is just exhausting. So yes, to see I didn't gain was wonderful! Back to my routine and working out today! Yay!
