I had only a little more than half of my lunch. Let’s say I ate 240 cal worth out of the 419 total cal. And I’ll have the other 179 cal tomorrow. This site doe not allow for eating half of a favorite meal. So this exercise will be mental. And I walked a mile today but don’t see any difference in my allotted calories. Hmmmm!!!
