Ugh...was sick the last few days so I just ate whatever would stay down. Yet somehow I gained weight, like 5 pounds. Maybe cause I am dehydrated or something.

Yes, I would imagine your body is just "out of whack" (a very technical, clinical term!!!). I hope you are feeling better now and will soon be back to "normal" whatever that is for you!! I miss seeing you here ....

I hope you are recovered and well. Sometimes our bodies do hold onto water weight in order to keep us from dehydrating. I also believe it is normal to have a fluctuation now and again. Hormones, etc play a huge role. Again I hope you are feeling better!
