Yesterday, in addition to what was listed, I went with Becs to a new Thai restaurant in Danville called 11 Tigers or some such thing. We ordered a feast, most of which I did not eat. I had 3 skewers of chicken saute with a lot of peanut sauce. I tasted a soup that had too much coconut milk and fish sauce in it - had 2 mushroom slices and one bite of chicken and some broth. I did not taste some rolls Becs ordered that seemed to be lettuce, cabbage, carrots and basil. I did not taste the fish cakes, which looked disgusting. We had those 5 plates of appetizers. Then, I ordered some sort of BBQ beef with a sauce that was too hot for even me. I had half the beef. Frank ordered a pineapple fried rice with chicken. It also had shrimp, nuts, raisins and who knows what all else. I ate maybe half a cup. We had mango sticky rice for dessert. It was not all that big a serving. I have no idea about the calories in all this, but I was pretty conservative. I had a cup of ginger tea that was pretty hot spice wise. I put splenda in it.
My cored apple that I baked today was 182 grams, but I ate only half of it. I ended up using Kraft Parmesan in my soup. It was so much easier.
