Note to self: only 4 days gym this week. Medium weights. I’ve had a carb heavy week this week too, which made me feel a little sluggish at the gym. My weight has gone up, so that’s some good news at least 😉 (Although a lot of that will be water retention) 👍🏼👊🏼
