Diario de Diminishing_ME, 09 mar. 22

Why do I eat until I am so full that I can't stand life. I am trying so hard to not do that anymore, and it is working so far! I put on some slacks today that I could not wear a month ago. I have a long way to get to get where I want to be, but for today I am proud of myself. Well, so far, I have not flipped on anyone, lol.
