Just a smidgen below 50 lb loss since I started this most recent health journey in January and feeling “lighter”…in a number of ways. Learning to plan for special treats, keeping them portion-sized and in moderation, eliminated the usual overwhelming guilt I used to feel that led to me falling off track.
