Well, at the very least, I feel good about the fact that I tracked all of my meals today. I was also able to keep my carb count pretty low. I'm shooting for under 20 grams of carbs per day per induction, but I'm not going to freak out if I'm a little over. It's cold here so I think I'm going to be sticking to soup for a few days.

I also need to stick to my goal of working out 3-4 times a week. I have a treadmill so there is really no excuse.

It's sooo hard! My coffee made the way i like it is 5 carbs by itself. I think around 30 is just fine. You'll still drop the pounds.

Remember Nedra it's more about your average. You went over today, but if you stay at 20 the rest of the week the average would be around 21. Also even if you are at 30 everyday you should still lose weight.

Omg, I'm afraid of the headaches! I'm going to start weening off the coffee.. or at least try to drink it black. We shall see! I'm with ya. I've definitely been more hardcore with my carb count before. It might take a few days to get into the groove, but once we're there, it's soooo much easier.

I don't know how you like your coffee exactly but I use Silk Almond Vanilla flavored milk now. Zero net carbs. It's not really sweet but has a nice taste.

Thanks! I will totally try the Almond Milk. Zero net carbs, too! That will definitely help me stay on track.

In regards to doing exercise, I find it easier to work out every day mon-fri so it becomes part of your normal routine and theres less form for procrastination. In saying that time for my bike ride ....
