Diario de cdinkle, 30 ene. 15

Today marks the first time I've weighed in under 190 since I made it my goal back in July. I've managed to drop 60 lbs in the last 6 months, and I feel great! My pants have gone from a size 42 to size 36, and I even had to get my wedding ring resized from 10 to 8.5.

It's been a great journey so far, and I'm glad to have been able to share it with all of you. I want to give a big thanks to the community here; its always very encouraging to have others show their support.

YOU ROCK DUDE. I was worried there for a while when you fell out of it but then you came back and surprised me in a major way. If this was a video game, you've now leveled up and all your stats have increased. Good work, dude.

Wonderful news!!!!!! Shout it as loud as you can. I did it!!!!!! I DID IT!! Keep it up take a picture of yourself holding up those size 42 pants and put some where so you see it everyday to motivate you to keep going. Love this and keep journaling your journey we are all with you.

Thanks everyone! I'm glad to have come this far, but I'm not quite done yet ;) I've lost a lot of weight, but I'm still not in the best of shape. Now that I've gotten through the bulk of the straight weight loss, I'm planning on starting to implement some form of exercise routine and possibly start tailoring my diet to start getting some muscle. It will likely be a much longer road, and the progress won't be as straightforward to monitor as just weighing in. But I'll continue to weigh in here and keep track of my food as best as I can. I'll post an update within the next few weeks once I decide on a routine, but likely it will be some combination of push-ups, sit-ups, and dumbbells. If anyone has tips for a beginner when it comes to simple exercises and diet, I'm all ears :)
