It’s day two and it started off with all kinds of treats from my office just because of the holiday weekend . What are ideas to bypass those tempting donuts , or Kolaches? I wasn’t successful but I didn’t beat myself up because for my first week I did pretty well adding more vegetables and fruit still high on carbs (breads, tortillas, chips) but I’m ready for the journey. The workouts are taking priority and I do not think my goal is unreasonable - feelin the community and truly dig the ability to share my challenges and celebrate my wins! Looking forward to continuing to share and learn with all of you !!
