I broke up with my fiancée yesterday. I feel like a monster. I don't handle it well when I hurt other people.

I believe it was the right decision. But that doesn't make today any easier.

No desire to eat, really. Hungry, but nothing sounds like it wouldn't be gag-inducing at the moment. Trying to at least drink water.

Hurting today.

Sorry for how you're feeling. My youngest daughter just did the same thing recently and her feelings were the same. It'll get better in time. It's a tough thing to do, but if he wasn't the one for you then you made the right decision and avoided greater hurt to both of you down the road.
