Well I knew I had put on weight, and now I see it's 9 pounds. I haven't been watching my diet , I've been emotional eating cause I'm going through some personal issues. But I refuse to blow up again, so starting today, I am stopping all the crazy eating! I want to at least get back down to 166, like I was a few months ago. Wish me luck , thanks!

You and me both girlie. You can do it. Your life is different so just focus on what you were doing when you were going in the desired path. A tiny pause means nothing. You can do this!!!!

I'm sorry to hear of your weight gain. It is easy to slack when life gets in our way. I'm; n same boat. Not a lot of weight gain because I work out a lot but I'm very puffy, especially around middle. I too have been in a funk..Let's all day this together!! 👍👍
