Diario de Cowgirlspurr, 02 abr. 07


My sister bought my book for me last week. I went and picked it up on saturday. We had a BBQ. I tried two different kinds of fish there. Salmon and marline. I liked the salmon a little better. I have had a fear of stinky fish for many years. I am trying really hard to try them all and see if there is some i can stand. LOL There was sooo much food there and I am very proud of what I ate. Snack: few chips with fresh salsa. Dinner: small peice of each fish, eating only half of each, couple ounces of chicken, 1/4 cup of my sisters awesome baked beans and to finish the plate (1/2 of the plate) salad.

I have read the fisrt 2 chapter's so far of the book. It is full of funny things. I am working on having it ALL read by the 11th, My new healthy life change starting date.

My husband can't stand fish of any kind so he takes a salmon oil capsule twice daily. He says since taking it he can tell a real improvement in joint pain! Yay! (I'm eating so much chicken I feel like clucking;-) Good luck; it's a great book, fun to read, skip to the diet and make several copies of it to take to the grocery stores, etc. If you can go just 2 weeks without backsliding you'll see a huge difference.
