Diario de tgaddis, 06 jul. 11

Had a good first day. I noticed the Total cereal was a small trigger for me, but not more than I could handle. The small workout helped my metabolism because I was cold when I started and very warm at the end. Stayed warm all evening and didn't need a cover. A little exercise my be the answer to my thyroid and metabolism.
