I reached a turning point today: my ankle hurt slightly during Taebo but I was still able to exercise intensely. Then afterwards, it didn't hurt. In the past, the pain and swelling increased throughout the day, climaxing in terrible pain and limping before bed. Today, it seems much better and doesn't even hurt when I press on it. So grateful!
