Diario de Cowgirlspurr, 04 abr. 07

hello all.
I worked today and was telling myself all day that I would walk tonight. Which did not happen after a late Doctors appt'ment and then having to fix a late dinner. Also I have found that I really hate to walk. For good reason though, It hurts my lower back after about 15 minutes. So bad i can almost not tollerate it. It is really frustrating. I am going to have to figure out something else. I am going to have to pull out the old exercise ball or something. It is sooooo much easier on my body. I am going to try to start with only 3 times a week. Anyone want to help me keep accountable?

Hubby plays softball, the season is almost ready to start. His team has been practicing tues evenings. I have been going and trying to keep off the bleachers. LOL I keep moving a bit just watching the kids. I will make more of an effort to keep trying to walk alittle bit at a time while there.

Just try walking a little and building up really slowly. It is the lowest form of impact except for swimming which is so boring (for me). Even if you just do 10 minutes for the first month or so and then try and get to 15 that will be a good start. Also try and listen with music which will break it up a bit.
