Diario de Bionici, 12 may. 23

I've been struggling with weight the past few months, and it has been small increments that just never came off. Generally, its been lack of exercise due to a knee injury in September (yes, it still affects me), the holidays & special occasions. I went back to exercising in January, and have increased my cardio bike riding to between 75 and 90 minutes per day. In fact, Thursday was a record setter for me. I did 24.4 miles in 84 minutes. That is 17.4 MPH which I've never done, ever, for an entire exercise period. In fact, it is not even close. Maybe for a few minutes at a sprint. For some reason, the legs were flying and just kept going. It will be another special occasion this weekend. Our son-in-law, a 22-year career policeman, is graduating with his Masters Degree. Last May, he got is Bachelors. The guy is motivated, and he had a 4.00 average for both degrees. So, we are traveling, eating, graduating, eating, and traveling some more over a three days. Back to exercising on Monday, and playing in a golf tournament plus another round on Tuesday. Everyone keep focused, keep exercising, and keep losing / maintaining your weight.
