Travelled this week, fit in a couple of good workouts while on the road, packed healthy snacks but also managed eating out well (and enjoyed it 🤤)
HEALTHY MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: Officially off blood pressure medication which means NO medications. Love that my body is able to function as it should on its own now 🙂
