Wednesday, August 26: This morning I stepped on the scale, and I weighed more than I'd anticipated. The scale showed 165.6. Ouch! Well, I've been following very well the last two days, and I really didn't think my weight would go up. Bloating? PMS? Gee whiz! I hope that my hard work pays off! I am not discouraged. I know I need to just continue on, back to business. Serves me right! It's probably those days, from last week when I overate, catching up with me. For some reason last week's virus kept me eating. But I'm feeling strong; so I'll just continue on.

My wife has the same complaint, so I think I know where you're coming from. But you know that you'll lose that weight in a few days to a week, so don't sweat it. Just stick with what you know works. Your last weigh in showed good progress. I'm certain your next one will as well!

Thank you Wintersmith and Amryk for the encouragement. It turned out to be a pretty good day, although I didn't get in my treadmill. It was too hot, and I left it for too late. Tomorrow!

Dont be discouraged, just take one day at a time, keep doing what your doing...eating healthy, stay hydrated, and move around a little and soon you will see some progress. Good Luck!
