Weigh in day tomorrow. I'm not expecting great results. I really overate last night. Today I was good, though, but I didn't exercise. So tomorrow I'll hit the treadmill and maybe the gym. Hope all's well.

Your diet it looks good, low fat intake, great protein intake! I am sure your weigh in will be consistent with the work you have put in. Remember that it takes a while for our bodies to adjust to any changes in our eating and exercising routines, so remember that tomorrow when weigh in. Remember to drink plenty of water, I started about 6 weeks ago and I beleive it has made all the difference in how I feel. I even notice some positive changes in my skin I have worked on for years and all it took was increasing my water intake.
