Diario de dl3c1, 26 nov. 23

Just did a 25 ish minutes strength workout. Didn't go as well today because I'm sore from yesterday. I did it though so that's something at least. I haven't done a hard workout, one that makes me sweat a lot, all day so not great but I got some movement in so that's better than nothing
