Diario de Bionici, 19 feb. 24

Another birthday weekend trip, driving, lots of high calorie food with no meaningful exercise. But, we are back on track this A.M. with the bike and the right food. There was 7 pounds gained from higher salt content this past 3 days. BTW, it was great food. Steaks & baked potatoes, pizza, my daughter's really yummy meals, birthday cake & cheese cake.

Truly missed everyone on FS & seeing everyone's journal entries over the weekend. OK, it is time for me to focus, exercise, and losing all of this extra weight and then some. Everyone have a great week. God is good.
