Informal journal entry. Working to get myself centered and back on track. Work brought in Panera bagels and pastries this morning, followed by pizza for lunch because we're in the middle of our busiest time of year and they're trying hard to keep morale up (funny, considering we have a program where if you meet a couple metrics you get funds in an HSA, but sure, keep feeding us sugar and carbs...)
I DID IT! Didn't have a single bite of ANY of it (which is a huge victory for me, considering I had to help pass out the Panera stuffs, so it was right there, within reach, and being offered multiple times).
Hit the gym for my normal routine, felt good after being out most all of last week.
Also got to bed around 9:30 last night, so sleep was closer to normal (still combating fatigue, but better than I had been).
