Diario de vpittard, 22 sep. 11

Ive switched from whole milk to 2% milk.Jason did not seem pleased but he is going along with it to make me happy.Ive started drinking water.Sunday I start drinking water all day and only having sweet tea with meals. 1 16oz cup per meal.Portion control is proving to be harder then I thought,but im strictly sticking to portions. Measuring everything I eat or drink. Feeling hungry at random times during the days. Im trying a few different things to help curve that. So far nothing is working and I really do not like the hungry feeling. Makes me cranky.Being sick is also not helping my mood. BUT I have to try try try.
