Diario de Paradon, 03 jul. 16

One more day is here and so far I am feeling good about my food intake but more so on going to the gym on a schedule...two days on and one day off.

Two days ago I went to the last party of the month and told most of my friends that I was watching my intake so I most likely will not attend.

I started to eat grapes the other day when I am having a sweet tooth (or in my case, sweet dentures)! Only four cals each and that is cool!

I will probably buy a new scale today or tomorrow as the old one is not accurate.
