Juice Fast Update - Hi All – My third fast day went so much better. I felt strong and healthy and the day passed relatively quickly. I ended the fast on a glass of wine and a light dinner and woke up feeling wonderful. As for the weight, its shifting I think (or hope), but more than ever I felt like I accomplished something. I am feeling a bit unsure about tomorrow given the evening I just had!
