I'm currently in a backslide....

Went away for two days for Thanksgiving and gained a few pounds, so I've been trying to up my exercise and watch what I eat....unfortunately, my TOM is creeping up, and PMS is making me constantly hungry....

I don't know what to do outside of make the healthiest choice possible that's available. The only other option is to just not eat at all when I'm hungry, and that's counterproductive since it only serves to make me cranky and slows metabolism over the long run....

The good news is that I've fought the temptation of the Thanksgiving dessert leftovers (currently still sitting in my fridge).

Small steps....i keep trying to run before i can stand.

This is probably late- but throw out the desserts. Give them away. Don't keep them. Take them to work- have the boyfriend take them to work, something. If it's there, you'll eat it, then regret it. ~Hope you're doing well.
