Well, this week's weigh-in should be interesting...

Sunday night went to bed with a dull headache around 22:30. Woke up Monday around 2AM with a massive migraine (ended up having to sleep with an ice pack). Part way through Monday I started feeling queasy. Kept everything that I normally eat down for breakfast and lunch. Skipped the gym and emded up doing something of a BRAT diet for dinner.

Normal breakfast today because I was feeling a bit better....1145 hit and I started feeling nauseous again. Skipped my normal packed lunch in favor of chicken soup. I want to hit the gym, but I'd rather not puke all over the elliptical machine, so we'll see how I'm feeling come 15:45.

I hate having migraines. Hope you feel better, and don't forget to really bump up fluid intake if you are reducing food intake, to make up for the water that you would normally get in food.
