Not a happy camper about the increase, considering I logged EVERYTHING and hit the gym five times last week. I have started including a weight/plank routine, and am curious to know if that had a hand in the uptick.
New week, new chances for change. I'll be short on my gym days this week as I've got a six hour drive to my parents Thursday for the holidays, back the following Monday.
