ok...so i have really put my treadmill to work, not to mention my bod! i have taken this past year off from running, and boy am i feeling it! besides the time off, there is the extra weight i have put on these past 10 months---hmmmm, could there be a link here???? so, i have set my goal for myself to start out, i will exercise 5 days this week, taking off one weekend day and one week day...so i dont overdue it and burn out. but, when i get on, i will be doing 3 miles or 300 cals burned whichever comes first....depending on my speed, mood and incline for the day-regardless...i have found i am drenched in sweat by the time i get off the thing! so i figure the extra cals burned and staying in my points range, i should be doing ok...this past week, the scaled showed a .8 loss and i wasnt thrilled, but the lack of water and those little bite sized halloween chocolates bit me in the butt...so i will log my exercise here for the accountability .....in case anyone decides to actually hold me to it! lol but, since i posted i was thinking of buying the treadmill, but my ultimate fear was that it didnt get used for more than a week....here goes!
**today 2.7 miles and 325 calories burned....snuck some incline in there for some extra burn
35 mins workload, 5 min warm up, 5 min stretch, and 5 min cooldown=50 mins, then 5 mins with the weighted ball..uggggg**
