Haven't lost anything in 4 days, but I haven't gained either.....I guess slow and steady it is. I have been pretty good, but a little high on carbs and low on calories over the last few days! Tomorrow I will go off my atkins for Dinner, it's my Birthday and my Hubby is taking me out to an italian dinner and I am going to have pasta! This is planned so I am ok with it! I will be good until then and right back on Thrusday Morning! HAVE A GREAT DAY ALL!
