going to a hibachi restaurant for dinner to celebrate two year anniversary with the fiance-soon-to-be-husband. have looked EVERYWHERE to try and find at least a comparable nutrition guide and have found nothing. am not going to go crazy by any means while i am there, and will certainly not eat all of the terribly butter laden fried rice they give you, but i have no idea what to put in for dinner. and although this certainly isn't the healthiest food to be eating while trying to lose a little weight, i would like to at least have some idea of where it falls on the nutrition continuum...

any one know where i can find a calorie guide?
