The weather got really nice here last week, so in addition to my 35 minutes on the elliptical, I was coming home and walking/jogging my neighborhood. Going to try and use this drop to motivate me in shaking off my sugar addiction. I'm ashamed to admit it because I know better, but I've gotten to the point where I have a piece or two of candy A DAY.

No bueno.

I have 189 days until I get married, and I'm hoping that this 174.4 is what I top out at.
