Gain. 😥However, I've been eating a lot. Still over twice the calories I have said I wanted to consume. Lots of carbs. I have decided not to participate in the upcoming 5k Fun Walk that I've done for the past 4-5 years. I am so depressed. I'm hosting a Baby Shower on May 20 for my stepdaughter. I'm dreading it but it was my bright idea so I'm stuck doing it but I will get through this and hopefully find the strength to remove myself from this situation that depresses me so much.
68,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 11,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
