Hey! I too have been on and off the keto wagon, but find it to be the best diet for me. All my cravings go and the weight just drops off like magic :D. Have you tried the 'fat fast'? It's a really effective way to kick start fat burning and up your ketone levels. The aim is to eat around 1000-1200 calories of 80-90% fat and keep the carbs and protein low, around 5%. It's a very strict diet so shouldn't be done for more than 3-5 days but it works like a dream. I'm on one right now and losing a pound a day. The other option is to reduce your calorie intake but I much prefer the super high fat intake (much more satisfying!).
