ate a lot of animal protein (eggs, chicken, lamb, sausage) yesterday and inflammation flared up in right hip and stiff hands. will try eating more nuts to fill up on instead of so much meat. finished some ground lamb i had cooked for last night's dinner and put the rest i had on hand into the freezer.
