Nanak if you live Cali now you ca find all these things. ahi is the Hawaiian name for Yellowfin tuna. you may see it on sushi menus named Maguro, and the fatty 'Toro' or belly is the most expensive and delicious cut. a perfect protein but spendy! A once in A while treat for sure!
