Sodium and Sugar

I've been focusing a lot more on what I'm eating vs just calories consumed lately. I am making an effort to eat less processed foods. Although, I'm not perfect. I still love Lean Cuisines.

Earlier this year I started paying attention to carbs v protein, and I realized that my diet was WAY too carb heavy. I was hardly eating any protein at all. I've adjusted to get a better balance, although there is still room for improvement.

Today, I'm starting to pay attention to the grams of sugar and sodium in my diet. I've never paid attention to that before, but I think it's going to be very interesting b/c I really don't know if I've been eating too much of either.

My goals: less than 40g sugar/day and less than 1500g sodium.

We'll see...like I said, I like my Lean Cuisines. And soy sauce.
