Back to fatsecret, again. Really need to track net carbs. I've been drifting back toward vegan with fruit at sake or white wine. came down with a terrible cold 2 weeks ago. then yesterday, i realized what had happened. i was sick and not getting well very fast, totally exhausted, groggy, etc. why do i keep drifting toward the carbs when they make me feel terrible. so, i ate some fish for lunch and chicken for dinner, with lots of nuts and coconut oil. feeling a little better, today, but obviously, i need to keep a written log of what i eat and how it makes me feel, or else i just drift back into my old habits.
