need to stop buying easter candy... even when i don't binge on it and totally go over my cals, even if it is within my cal range i am eating way too much of it and it is so unhealthy. all it is doing is taking a huge portion of my cals out of my day and i end up hungrier but i can't eat anything or else i'll go over.... i need to stop eating it starting today. and certainly no buying more during grocery shopping. sweets aren't even usually my thing! i'll take salty over sweet any day, but lately i can't get enough sugar... another problem is i never had it in the house before, very very rarely would i buy a bag of candy, and now we have a huge bag because every time we go to the store something looks good and we come home with three more bags... so it only grows, it never goes away...
