I've been feeling tired and dizzy, so that when I bend over and straighten up, I feel as if I might tip over. Today, I drank several pints of water with salt added, and I poured salt over my food. I still don't have any thirst, but at least the vertigo is less intense. I will try to remember to add a lot of salt to my food to make up for the sodium I lose at the gym. I used to use a lot of salt, but I've gotten out of the habit. Need to get back into it.

Otherwise, I'm feeling a little less tired than I have been, and I don't feel so bloated.

I don't know if salt is the way to go. Inner ear problems, low blood sugar and high blood pressure can all cause the tired dizzy symptoms. You might want to get it checked out if it doesn't go away soon.
