I am cleaning up the Christmas leftovers in my fridge. There is so much random food in there. I might eat this stuff in a different order.

I never eat breakfast. I only have tea. My loose leaf tea in my breakfast section was a chai blend I purchased at a tea shop in Pleasanton. It is not on the list. All the chai entries are for chai tea latte. Chai tea latte is a misnomer. All chai has sugar and milk in it. At least all Indian chai does. I do not see how this tea mixture has any calories or fat or carbs, but this program says it does. I think it is a lie.

I am using an old WW trick with the bread. I will butter it ever so lightly and sprinkle it with some granulated garlic and toast it in the oven briefly. I ate only half of one of the turkey sausage links and discovered the package had been in the freezer too long. It was awful. The rest are for Winston, if he wants them.

I only gained about 1 pound over Christmas!!!!! I will do much better with my fat intake after these tamales are gone! I was gifted 6 of them! My hot sauce is Lucky Dog Black Label, but that is not on the list. I assume that it is comparable to Cholula.
