day 225..32 outside, wind chill a nice nippy 22..lol..last day for my experiment, and sunday day to weigh in to see how my experment did this week..so far 4.5 pounds..going for my morning walk, and then up to the gym to weigh in, i feel like i should have another loss, but until i see the numbers, dont really kno..i do kno i have lost some more inches, as the size 46 pants, are fittin nicely and yes with them on and a belt fastened...i can pull them down without unbuttoning them...lol..so now i have to look around at a 2nd hand store and find a pair of 44s, 42s, and 40s, so i can have them standing by when i get more weight off...its just such an awesome feeling to be able to get the smaller size pants on, but to also be able to pull them off while they are still buttoned...lol...when i can do that, thats just more motivation for me..and for me thats a thought i keep each day ..i think about my clothes and how much better they fit and how much better i look when i look in the mirror each day...this site and my buddies are all whats made this all possible for me...im a strong person and i might have gotten some of the weight off, but by being on this site and journaling every day, i feel more accountable to doing the best i can at gettin if off and keeping it off...and helping my buddies when i can, and new buddies that write me asking for advice..i just want to say thank you to everyone for all the encouragement, suggestions, advice, and help of any kind thru out my time here...its been great!!!!! HAVE A GREAT DAY !!!!
ADDON:... weighed in little bit ago..4.5 is my loss for this week..im happy with that..will give my body time to catch up with the loss..and start all over again tomow by not eating breakfast and doing my routine..i kno that its not always gonna be that big of a loss, but im happy with any kick start in my process...
