I have been trying to squeeze out the last little fat covering my abs so I can see their definition better. We had a gathering today to celebrate the life of a friend who passed. I causally ate a little of everything THEN added the calories...oops!

I spent the rest of the night exercising to put me back into negative calorie zone!!!

lesson probably not learned...
