lost a couple lbs while trying to understand how to remove the layer of fat that hides my abs.
i am using a combo of fat secret, fitbit for calorie restriction and exercises to promote muscle growth.
ultimately i would like to be approx 200 lbs of lean muscle. my hope is to learn more about basic physical fitness.
