Diario de MFD1979, 18 jun. 12

This weekend was a killer...I partied a little to hard both Friday and Saturday. I never re-hydrated on Saturday from the libations of Friday... then went right back out and did it again Saturday night. Way to many beers. Had a lot of fun thought... but UGH! Not weighing in until Thursday or Friday of this week. Woke up at 5:00am this morning and did a work out... back on track starting NOW!

Yup, I,too really enjoyed the Father's day BBQ wine a little too much. Really need to up my water today. Well, that is in the past. Let us look forward to a better week with good weigh-ins on Friday. :)
