Wish my kids would eat like that!🙂 mine are SO picky 

@momma She is usually a good eater. She loves vegetables. I've caught her in the produce drawer eating broccoli right off the bunch.😂 Shes not huge on meat except for sausage, she could eat it for every meal if I'd let her. And hotdogs, if you even want to count that 🙊 

My kids are picky too and don't like the flavor of the cauliflower rice or potatoes, but I love it! I put it in anything that I make for myself that calls for rice and love the cauliflower mash for a side. 

She loves salmon and cod as well! My younger sister was super picky growing up (and still is) and I know my mom really struggled with it. My daughter (Ophelia) goes through days where she seems to not want anything, I'm sure having full-time super picky eaters would be tricky! 

Hey Glen! This is organic "cauliflower rice" from costco. So basically it's a bag of raw cauliflower cut into maybe 1/8-1/4 inch chunks. We make ours a ton of different ways, but today was fried in about a half tablespoon of butter. So yummy! 

does regular grocery store sells it? frozen section?? thank you in advance! :) 

@Caroll51 yes, they should! I used to use Green Giant's steamable microwave bags- they should be in with the frozen veggies :) otherwise you can just buy fresh cauliflower and cut it into really small pieces.

Love the picture! I haven't tried it yet but it is on the list. I keep buying the cauliflower and steaming it instead.
