Not feeling well at all this week but trying to be good. Was tempted by a friend at work and lured into a chocolate chip cookie and then afterwards couldnt understand why on earth I ate it, (it wasnt really that nice!) Other than that just plodding on. Made lasagne at the weekend and substituted grilled eggplant slices for pasta and it was really good, will definately make that again.
