I am a single mom of 4 girls. After the birth of my 4th daughter, I didn't lose all of the weight and then I went through a long, drawn out divorce. I am now 40-50 lbs overweight and am going to lose them so that I can be back to a healthy weight again.

I am doing the new Atkins diet with my sister and we are enjoying the recipes that we have found on their website. Here's to yummy food and healthier bodies!!
